  We stopped at this Location on 10/19/16. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, it was made, and then paid for by my husband while I was reading the menu and realized I ordered wrong. I was just going to let him eat his and mine, but the young man at the register came to our table and said they would remake it for me. I said that's okay, my hubby will eat it. The young lady that made it reached out to me and said she would take it back and make what I wanted. They were so sweet and pleasant trying to please me. She remade my sandwich, which was delicious. I don't know their names but they went far above any place I have eaten, to make my order right and me happy. Just a shout out to them, Thank You. (I'm sure if you ask, they will remember me)

  Typical JJ's food but staff was friendly and cheery. Stopped in on our way up north. Got about 30 minutes away and realized I had dropped my wallet somewhere at the restaurant or gas station. Called them and they found it while sweeping and tried to get in touch with me about it anyway they could figure. So glad they found it and kept it safe for me.

  They have a sub for you. In a CLEAN gas station, for whatever that is worth. I typically avoid these combos, but this one is ok.

  Slow service plus I paid extra for wheat bread and a water cup. Really, are the margins that thin guys? This was my last visit to Jimmy John's.
