  Myself and my mother came in some time before 8 on Saturday morning. For starters, the woman I assume was the manager was short and curt, and it took a little while before she acknowledged and seated us. It was not a long wait before we were waited on, but throughout the entire meal, the manager was rude and bitchy to the other employees, right out in the open. ***SOMEONE NEEDS SOME TRAINING!*** For the meal itself, I was largely dissatisfied. Pancakes, bacon and eggs were luke warm. One of my eggs, which were meant to have runny yolks, was broken and cooked all the way through. The hashbrowns  (all 3 bites of them, literally) were under done on the inside and black on the outside.  By far the worst part, however, was having to sit and listen and watch as the woman in charge was down right MEAN to the waitresses who were just trying to help and keep up with the rush. If i was in charge, that'doesn't be the first thing to change. Really makes me miss the home town feel of the upper peninsula!
